Frederick Whirlpool of the  ( 3rd Bombay European Fusilliers ) .Won at Jhansi ( India ) 2nd May 1858 . Presented at Albert Park Victoria on 20th June 1861. died Windsor N.S.W. 24th June 1899...what a great card..
